When you work as a Speech-Language Pathologist, you can face many problems. One of them is working with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs. Selecting the most appropriate tools and finding good reliable sources is critical, but it can be a long and difficult process.

If you use bad resources and tools, it could lead to missed opportunities and outdated practices.

It can be really difficult. But don't worry. I have found a solution that can help you solve this problem.

The Quest

First, you need to open your browser and type this URL into the address bar "asha.org" and hit enter. If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.

You should be able to see the logo in the top left corner of the screen.

The Solution

Now, to find some tools and resources, you need to click on the navigation menu on the section called "Speech-Language Pathologists". You should now arrive at this page, where you will now click on the link under the section called "Practice portal". This is where you will find many resources, depending on what you're looking for. If you want some templates and PDFs, you need to select the link called "Resources" under the Tools and templates section. However, you do still need to be careful, since this is an American website, so some laws and billing information can diverge depending on the country you're living in. Let's go back to where we were before, by clicking on the back arrow. If you are looking for something specific, you need to scroll down, and you'll see many topics. If you click on one of those, you can find some assessment tools and resources. Let me show you. If we click on "Aphasia", for example, we arrive at this page. You can already see an overview being open. We can close it by clicking on the accordion button. If we scroll down, you can find many reliable resources and tools.
